Tain Collins

Yoga Instructor

Tain has been practicing in Chapel Hill for over 10 years. Originally from Pennsylvania, Tain uses a combination of guided meditation and gentle flow yoga that will improve your practice and allow your mind and body to recover.  Tain will adjust each session to your needs for the day, making poses are challenging but also rejuvenating.

Services include: Gentle flow, Guided Meditation, Private and partner yoga, and Yoga for Athletes.

Ben Pagano, LMBT

Massage Therapist

Originally from Saxapahaw, North Carolina, Ben has been practicing in Chapel Hill for 5 years. Ben will take the time before, during, and after your session to listen to your goals, ask and answer questions, and develop a customized treatment plan.

Katy Harris, MSPH, CSCS

Katy Harris, MSPH, CSCS, is your dedicated trainer and nutrition coach. With a background in public health, personal training, and nutrition, her focus is helping you achieve your goals through motivation, knowledge, and skills. Whether it’s a personalized fitness plan or nutrition sessions, no detail is spared. Since 2014 Katy has helped clients of all ages lose weight, get stronger, and improve eating habits.

Katy’s academic training, certifications, and life-long participation in sports and leadership development make her uniquely qualified to assist people in achieving their performance and health goals. She has been a competitive ultimate Frisbee player on the national and international stage for almost 20 years. See below for a list of Katy’s certifying organizations.
