We believe there is no one size fits all for wellness. Each person is unique and needs personalized fitness & nutrition planning to be successful. Our goal is to motivate our clients to live a healthy lifestyle with wellness plans that help achieve their goals and services that nourish their mind and body.
WellLife Wellness was created from Katy’s background in academic research, healthcare, public health, personal training, and medical weight loss. With a Masters in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill, we like to joke that she is the most overqualified personal trainer in the Triangle. Needless to say, she knows what she’s doing.
Her passion for helping people achieve their wellness goals is apparent in all that she does. Whether it’s coming up with a personalized fitness plan or walking clients through nutrition sessions, no detail is spared.
Katy’s lifelong participation in sports, leadership and athlete development, and coaching certifications, make her uniquely qualified to assist people in achieving their performance and health goals. She has been a competitive ultimate Frisbee player on the national and international stage for over 15 years.
We understand it’s hard to find capable and courteous people who are a pleasure to work with. So we’ve found them for you. Our licensed massage therapist and Yogi master will listen and tailor sessions to your needs and the time you have.
