We are NOW OPEN to 1-on-1 training, massage, nutrition, and online yoga!
We are taking every precaution to help you feel safe, including washing hands, wearing a mask at all times while inside, and maintaining a safe distance. The studio has ample space for 1-on-1 sessions, making this an ideal setting to maintain your fitness and keep working toward your health goals. Inside the studio, we have made several accommodations, including doing only 1-on-1 sessions with 15 minutes between appointments, removing indoor cardio equipment, and maintaining cleanliness, ventilation, and air purification. If coming to the studio is not an option for you, all of your sessions can be done at home, outside, or online.
