Class Descriptions

Open Sessions

Complete your workout in a semi-private space with professional instruction! Fun exercises and activities improve overall fitness and posture to help you avoid injury, with light weight to add resistance. Equipment includes ankle weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, dumbells, barres..

Body Weight Circuit

This class uses body weight exercises such as push-ups, pulls, squats, lunges, core, and cardio to increase total body strength and endurance.

Cardio Blast Session

This class uses moderate to intense cardio circuits to improve fitness. Techniques include intervals, Tabata circuits, cardio machines, light jumping and/or stepping to increase blood flow, circulation, mental awareness, and mood.

Core Workout

This class is a mix of core exercises and light cardio to increase core strength and overall fitness. Circuits hit all areas of the core including low abdominals, hips, gluts, and low back to stabilize and improve core strength.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga is taught by Tain Collins and open to all clients. Join us in small group, customized sessions with individual feedback and attention. Sessions include a guided meditation, flow, and final relaxation.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is led by Tain Collins and open to all clients. Join us in customized small group meditation with individual feedback and attention. Sessions may take various forms, including prone (laying down), seated, and walking meditations..

Recovery Workout

This class uses a combination of stretching, corrective exercises, and self-massage with rollers to passively increase circulation.

Weighted Circuit Training

This session uses kettle bells, dumbells, medicine balls, and barres to help you achieve your best fitness. Circuits include moderate intensity cardio intervals and hit all major body parts and improve body composition with work: rest ratios.
